The Dino’s Egg

The Dino’s Egg

Have you seen the size of a hen’s egg? Well, you might have noticed that it was very small. Have you ever seen a dinosaur egg? Because in this story you will read about a dinosaur egg that was the size of an average toddler.

Once upon a time, during the ancient times when the dinos roamed the earth, 4 kids lived in a small wooden hut. Their names were Peter, Amanda, Bill, and Becky. They were curious and wanted to see the eggs of the dinosaurs, Becky thought the size of the dinosaur’s eggs was as small as a hen’s egg. When their parents went for chopping some wood, they would sneak out and go as far as they can go. Today was different, their parents said that they would have gone by 6:00 AM to check for other survivors from the dinos attack. They told them that they will be out for four to five days. Amanda told Peter, Becky, and Bill that in this time they would scout out for some dino eggs!

They explored for a day to get into the heart of the forest. “ROARRR!” Cried a dinosaur in the distance, everyone was standing still. After 2 mins they could hear chomping and bones breaking and then they went to see what happened. What they saw traumatized them forever. A mother dinosaur was (Hmm, how do I say it in a friendlier way?) hurt and sadly passed away. Beside her was a big fat oval shaped object as big as a toddler. When they looked closer, they shouted, “DINO EGG!”. They all carried it home like it weighed a “billion pounds”. They made a nest for the egg till their parents came. “WHAT ON EARTH DID YOU BRING?” screamed Mom. “Just a dino egg” replied Bill sweetly. “A WHAT…” said Mom like it was a lion (wait a moment dinosaurs are stronger than lions), at that instant she fainted. After getting her sense back they explain that they wanted a dino pet. A year later a baby dinosaur hatched and was named Bradley, he was a Brontosaurus. After a while when dinosaur turned into an adult, the kids (who were now teens) played with him.
